Ruby Nozzle is made of two main parts, stainless steel and processed ruby tip. It has been widely used in CNC automatic winding machine.
The ruby material has the characteristics of extremely hard and wear resistance. Armed with advanced technology, we do the precision grinding and polishing by using of fine equipment under requirement of customer. The smoothness of bore and R place can be reached over Ra0.025, therefore the rate of damage will be extremely low.
