- To provide a stable DC24 V power supply(For servo tensioner and electronic tensioner
- Do not apply external pressure or impact force to the shaft connecting the tension bar, because the high-precision sensor connecting the shaft will affect its accuracy and normal use.
- Do not plug in and out the power connection plug frequently.
- Do not use it for a long time. Keep it in a dry environment.
- When installing the mechanical tension device, the handle should not be forced too much, which will affect the firmness of the inlay.
- Prevent falling, which will damage ceramic parts and shell.
- When installing the tension bar, the locking screw should be aligned with the shaft plane. Don’t force to use the thread that doesn’t match the model.
- It is forbidden to add any grease into the damping wheel.
- Don’t open it without permission.
- Always replace the wool loop, so as not to block the nozzle.
- If there is abnormal noise or non rotation of the thread passing wheel, please replace it in time, because the bearing has been worn.
- If the damping wheel turns and slips, please use cotton thread stained with alcohol to wipe the O-ring in the damping wheel, so as to reduce the friction.
- To remove the wax dirt left in the enameled wire.
- Keep the production site clean, long time accumulation of dust, easy to wear tension parts.
- When threading the wires, only pull the wire, not press the tension bar by hand.
